Das neueste Projekt widmet sich dem Ausbau und der Erweiterung des Giraffengeheges in Form eines „Wintergartens“, der nicht nur für mehr Transparenz, sondern auch für mehr Platz sorgen soll.

Die Erlöse gehen dabei zu 100 Prozent an karitative Zwecke und Organisationen, wie z.B. die Finanzierung von Delfin-Therapien, die Begünstigung von Jugend-Fußball sowie Kindergärten oder Kinderheimen.

NDR Benefizaktion für Menschen im Norden
Das Motto der diesjährigen Aktion lautet: „Der Ukraine-Krieg und die Folgen - Wir helfen Menschen in Not“. Partner der Aktion ist ein Bündnis der norddeutschen Tafeln, der Diakonie und der Caritas. Mit den Spenden werden geflüchtete Menschen aus der Ukraine und Menschen, die durch die Auswirkungen des Krieges besonders beeinträchtigt sind, gleichermaßen unterstützt.
