Concentrated competency against strokes

Annually, about 300 children and youths in Germany suffer from a stroke. At the children's clinic of the university clinic Münster, the largest collection of data to this subject is genereted for years. On the basis of this data, the doctors try to find out more about causes and therapy.

Direct help for people in Gelsenkirchen and the Ruhr

The aim of Schalke hilft!, the foundation of the football club Schalke 04, is to provide quick, unbureaucratic and direct help for people living in Gelsenkirchen, the Ruhr and neighbouring regions. It was founded in 2008 and supports projects in the home region of S04.

Telethon in the context of the Solheim Cup 2015

By auctioning exclusive experiences and items, the Solheim Cup Charity supports Children for Tomorrow, Saving an Angel, the Deutsche Schulsportstiftung and the Franz Beckenbauer Foundation.

Rescue and re-integration of bondslaves

Since 2006, Plan fights for the abolition of the inhuman Kamalari (bondslaves) practice in the south-west of Nepal. The freed girls get school education and help when starting their job life. Already 1,758 girls have been freed by Plan in the district of Dang.

Lobby for children

The Child Protection Association Münster (Kinderschutzbund Münster) does lobbying activities for children and speaks up for their rights of an upgrowth without violence but with participation. The organisation empowers them to develop their skills and supports families with a lot of offers trying to avoid crisis.

Carlos and You

In 2014, 2-year-old Carlos came down with leukaemia and a stem cell donor was urgently searched. Immediately, the DKMS started a big registration action together with Carlos's family and friends. The more registrated donors there were, the bigger was the hope for Carlos and all other blood cancer patients to find a suitable donor. For Carlos, this life-saver was found in the same year.

Refugee children need our help

Hundreds of thousands refugee children in Syria, Northern Iraq and the neighbouring countries need urgent help to overcome the cold period of the year. UNICEF provides winter packages with warm clothes and shoes and more life-saving reliefs.

Strengthening the competences of children and youths

A combination of football training, additional classes and cultural activities, improves the social and communicative behaviour of children, strengthens their motivation and arouses their interest for cultural subjects.

A piece of unburdened childhood

The SOS Children's Village Caldonazzo stands for a piece of unburdened childhood. In Caldonazzo, the children coming from SOS Children's Villages all over Europe, are staying for three or four weeks in simple tents and bungalows. While the SOS Children's Villages mothers enjoy their well-deserved holidays, the indefatigable Caldo team cares for the lively guests.

Help for families who got into existential misery by fate

The associations Santa Isabel e.V. and Einfach Helfen e.V. speak up for families who got into existential misery because of serious diseases or strokes of fate. The aim of the associations founded by the Europa-Park is quick and unbureaucratic help.
