The nerve cells of children suffering from children's dementia (NCL) gradually die - with tragical consequences. Until today, NCL cannot be cured and due to the rarity of the disease, the pharmaceutical industry does not invest in research. No child should die on NCL! For this reason, the NCL foundation started the campaign "save the brain" in order to inform the broad public about children's dementia and at the same time to raise funds to boost the development of a drug. The visitors of the website get information about how the brain works, but also about children's dementia.
