The education centre primarily helps others to help themselves. The children and youths shall get education, find a job and get out of poverty. For this reason, vocational education is a focus of the project. In Brazil, only a minimal education is sufficient to get a small job.

After the apprenticeship, the comunhoa cares, together with trade associations, for the placement as well. So far, more than 300 participants have found a job. Currently, the centre offers the following apprenticeships: gardener, carpenter, hairdresser, sewer, clerical assistant or computer courses. The education centre occupies 42 employees.
