House for traumatized children and youths

Since 2011, the house in a natural environment offers the possibility for traumatized children and youths to spend active stays with mountainbiking, animal observing and sightseeing in Upper Bavaria. 

Help for patients with PNH and aplastic syndromes

The foundation Lichterzellen supports research, diagnosis and treatment of the disease paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria and aplastic syndromes. The foundation provides better support for patients and their families and wants to improve the attention of the society and doctors.

Malteser school centre for Sinti and Romanies children in Tarnabod

With the help of the Malteser school centre for Sinti and Romanies children in Tarnabod, the children get a good scholar education and at the same time, integration and inclusion of Sinti and Romanies in Hungary are boosted.

A home for lost children

Children who cannot live with they parents any more get a new family, care and a good education at the Children's Village Recife. The SOS Family Help supports extremely poor families at the favelas. The Children's Village was built in 2006 with the funds from the World Cup campaign "6 Villages for 2006".

Concentrated competency against strokes

Annually, about 300 children and youths in Germany suffer from a stroke. At the children's clinic of the university clinic Münster, the largest collection of data to this subject is genereted for years. On the basis of this data, the doctors try to find out more about causes and therapy.

Direct help for people in Gelsenkirchen and the Ruhr

The aim of Schalke hilft!, the foundation of the football club Schalke 04, is to provide quick, unbureaucratic and direct help for people living in Gelsenkirchen, the Ruhr and neighbouring regions. It was founded in 2008 and supports projects in the home region of S04.

Every year, the Deutsche Nierenstiftung fulfils the heartfelt wishes of children and youths whose parents, brothers or sisters are suffering from a kidney complaint. With the "children's wishes" campaign, the Deutsche Nierenstiftung praises their courage and fulfils a heartfelt wish for each of the children.

Telethon in the context of the Solheim Cup 2015

By auctioning exclusive experiences and items, the Solheim Cup Charity supports Children for Tomorrow, Saving an Angel, the Deutsche Schulsportstiftung and the Franz Beckenbauer Foundation.

Rescue and re-integration of bondslaves

Since 2006, Plan fights for the abolition of the inhuman Kamalari (bondslaves) practice in the south-west of Nepal. The freed girls get school education and help when starting their job life. Already 1,758 girls have been freed by Plan in the district of Dang.
