The draw took place in autumn 2025. The demand from runners for the 2026 BMW BERLIN-MARATHON was overwhelming - all places are sold out! SCC EVENTS - the organiser of Germany's biggest marathon - is donating a total of 200 starting places for the 2026 BMW BERLIN-MARATHON to the “foundation RTL - Wir helfen Kindern!” Since the cooperation between SCC EVENTS, the organiser of the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON, and the RTL foundation, a total of over one million euros has been raised.  Interested runners can now secure the last starting places and help at the same time. 100 per cent of the proceeds will go to children in need in Berlin.
